Hatha Yoga is steeped in thousands of years of tradition passed down and is effortlessly easy to learn.
It is perfect for every body type and is extremely beneficial for individuals who suffer from anxiety, pain, inflexibility and lung or organ impairments. It is also very helpful for individuals who just feel “stuck!”
We learn tools on the mat which can be used to help create ease in the way we carry out our daily lives.
Bring a yoga mat or towel and wear loose comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
